As most of you know, my dear and sweet husband has been helping us countdown the deployment by sending me flowers every two weeks. Yes it can be seen as a waste of money, but it truly helps the time go on and keeps the romance going. Well, when I opened the door for the flowers this week, I couldn't help but laugh. At first I didn't really see what it was, but then I got a good look....
To explain why he sent me a very large Daiquiri glass that had two straws and fake strawberries...he was talking about going on our vacation this December and relaxing! It is too funny though...what am I going to do with a large daiquiri glass? The flowers are gorgeous as I have told him over and over, however the Lilly smell does remind me of hospital rooms. Only four more bouquets to go!!! Thank you my dear husband!

Mike is such a wonderful husband! What you do with that glass is tomorrow go to the store and buy yourself some stuff to make a daiquiri, and when the boys go to bed tomorrow night - you enjoy your drink!! I can't wait until Mike is home with his family!!!
I'm going to go ahead and agree with Molly. Stop at the video store and rent a chick flick too!
keep the glass and use it to get a litle tipsy off a large drink when Mike does finally get home ;)! What a unique and beautiful bouquet! Love them!
I think that is so cute!! Very thoughtful and appropriate for your upcoming vacation:). I have to be honest..that is the first flower arrangement I have seen in a Daiquiri glass:) haha. Very Creative!
If he thinks he's going to take my little girl off to a private island, then he has another thing coming...oh, wait, that's right...he did marry her. My bad!
well...if I knew what went in a Daiquiri I would definitely try it. Perhaps on our vacation!
